Our firm began in April, 1986 when we commenced practice at Wagga Wagga. To aid the establishment of our firm we purchased two small insolvency practices and relocated them to our office at Wagga Wagga. These practices had previously been operated at Tumut and Temora. The new firm was formed to operate only in the specialised field of Business Reconstruction and Insolvency.

In November 1989, we opened an office at Dubbo to service the Central West Area of New South Wales. In July 1992, we opened an office at Tamworth to service the New England Region of New South Wales and in March 1997, we opened an office at Lismore to service the Northern New South Wales. In 2004 our first Victorian office was opened in Shepparton.

We pride ourselves as being country practices who have made the commitment to establish offices in country New South Wales. Our aim is to provide a high level of service and to be accessible. As at 30th Sept 2007 the partnership of Nicholls & Co was dissolved and Chamberlains SBR Chartered Accountants commenced servicing and continuing to maintain all offices excluding Tamworth and Lismore.
