Our firm works to complement and enhance the service being provided to clients by Accountants and Solicitors in practice. We do not undertake any work which competes with the services they provide.

This practice has been successfully built up on a policy of saving and salvaging financial problems rather than a "hatchet" approach of burying the insolvent, regardless. Of course, if there is no other alternative, we will be honest in saying so.

Usually when a client is referred to our firm, the initial consultation is free of charge. In that first meeting we endeavour to identify the client's financial problems, what options are available, explain these options and identify what each option is likely to cost the insolvent.

In administrations our fees are paid from the assets of the administration and are approved by creditors or the Court at the rates charged by Chamberlain's S.B.R, which are less than those prescribed by the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia, for partners and professional staff.

Generally an insolvent client is an unhappy client. In the view of the client, their financial problems are the fault of everybody else, the Accountants, Solicitors and Bankers are prime targets for blame. The longer the client procrastinates on the problem, the more agitated and time wasting they are to become. We deal with the problem and hopefully keep you/your client happy.

If your client's financial problem is urgent, we will do everything possible to arrange a meeting without delay at our office, your office or the client's premises. Again, for initial consultation there is no charge.
